Bexpoles Studio Class Timetable - Booking by Bookwhen

Some boring, but super important information below.. This coming course (20th March-23rd April) is working differently. You purchase either a single session, or a membership (Bronze 5 classes, silver 10 classes, gold 15 classes, or platinum UNLIMITED classes) for the 5 week period. Add your classes or your course to your basket and checkout, its as easy as that! I have removed all passwords, but you need to be mindful of only booking classes at your ability level or a lower ability level. If you are completely new to pole/aerial please choose a class with 'complete beginner' in the title such as: 'Complete beginner pole fitness with Sharna (Monday 5.50pm)'. With so many bookings happening I can't check each booking, you will be removed from the class if you book a class you are not ready for (ability-level wise), as it is dangerous. I can't stress this enough. If a class is full PLEASE add yourself to the waitlist! These class registers are constantly changing, and chances are you will probably get a space if you add yourself to the waitlist for a particular class! Please make sure you can attend each session before booking, and only book classes you plan on attending. You can change your booking up to 24 hours in advance of the class starting if absolutely necessary. Within 24 hours of the class starting you can still cancel your place to allow someone on the waitlist to book a space, but you won't be able to get a class credit back. (this won't affect Platinum/unlimited users as Platinum memberships have access to as many classes as they like within the 5 week membership period.) If there is a trend in people cancelling last minute or 'no-shows' then future memberships won't be offered to these individuals, only single-session bookings. This class/course/membership is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, please make sure you can attend this session/course/membership before booking. If you buy classes through a membership it is cheaper, but ensure you can use all sessions within the 5 week membership period or you will lose any remaining classes. If you can't guarantee you'll be able to use 5/10/15 classes in the membership period then don't book a membership - please just book drop-ins/single sessions for the dates you can attend. Don't forget, if you miss any part of the warm up you won't be able to attend the class. The warm up time starts and the studio door is locked at DOT ON the class start time. Classes always have a 5 minute changeover time between sessions, you need to arrive with adequate time to be able to start the warm up at your lesson start time. If your class starts at 5.30pm please arrive at 5.25pm to be able to enter the studio, take off outdoor shoes, wash hands, and be ready to start your class/warm up at bang on 5.30pm. We hate turning people away but it is the rules of our insurance and we take it so seriously as pole and aerial can be dangerous if not adequately warmed up, also classes need to run exactly on time or its not fair on the other students in the class, or the classes after if the whole evening falls behind due to late comers. The studio door will be locked at your lesson start time to allow the class to run for the full hour uninterrupted. Please arrive and park with PLENTY of time to spare (in case of traffic, diversions, etc). Each event link will have info on what to wear for each class but as a guide: pole wear shorts, sports bra and vest top. Hoop wear the same as pole but you can wear leggings if you like. Silks wear leggings and (IMPORTANT) wear a full coverage T-shirt - armpits MUST be covered to take part. Silks (and hammock) are stunning material (and expensive), and can be very easily damaged so don't wear anything with metal bits, zips or buckles. Heels classes - knee pads and pole specific heels (not street/town/going out shoes) Full terms, rules and policies are available to view as attachments on each event link. So much boring info, but it's stuff my inbox is full of, and it's best to answer all FAQs on here so it's all clear. We cannot wait to meet you and see you flourish in our three power words: Strength, Empowerment & Confidence. All our love, The Bexpoles Studio Team x
