Here at Ashley's you will find all of our staff to be friendly and helpful. We have been established in Rugby for 20 years and are proud of our reputation for sales and service. We are long standing members of RETRA, the UK’s leading trade association for independent electrical retailers and servicing organisations. We have also undergone a rigorous assessment to be endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders as a reputable business. Business ownership is a partnership of Ronnie Ashley and Lisa Ashley (Partners in both business and life). Our Staff have a host of experience and knowledge, they continually drive themselves to enhance and develop their understanding so we can offer you the best advice around for both white and brown goods. Our engineers from Coventry and Rugby cover all surrounding areas including Leamington, Daventry, Nuneaton and everywhere between. We take pride in our work and ensure all customers receive excellent service. This includes an excellent after care service of which we are very proud. We are on hand to advise you, so you have a full understanding of how your equipment works. This may be able to be done over the phone but if not, we can call round to put you right again. We offer installation and disposal on all goods carried out by our in-store fitters with delivery & installation available Monday - Saturday 10am – 5pm. In addition to these services, we also offer a comprehensive repair service for all your home entertainment equipment and a selection of white goods with collection and delivery service also available.
