The company was incorporated in 1964 by 3 Hoover trained service engineers. During the next few years, the directors recognised the need for an independent retailer to cover Dorset and expanded the services they offered to include sales through a large well stocked showroom. The success of the company has been due to our commitment to customer service and the ability to adapt to a changing market. In July 2014, we celebrated our 50th year of trading with a prize raffle with all proceeds (over £2000) going to the Weldmar Hospice. The company remains in Independent ownership and prides itself on good customer service and relations. We provide service and sales support to most of the County, and in addition to providing service support to our own customers, we also do work for other national service contractors. In addition to the brands you see on the Euronics website, we also stock a range of Miele and Fisher & Paykel appliances and are a fully accredited service agent for them covering the local area. The store is located on the Railway Triangle Industrial Estate in Dorchester, just outside the town centre on Poundbury Road. The showroom has ample free parking and friendly helpful staff to help you make an informed choice. We have a large showroom displaying a wide variety of Domestic White goods to include Refrigeration, Laundry, Cooking and Dishwashing. We display a large selection of Freestanding and Built in appliances from most major manufacturers. If we don't have in stock what you require - just ask - we should be able to get it for you!! We also offer a delivery and installation service for most of the products we sell and a facility to remove and dispose of your old appliance. We also have 3 full time manufacturer trained service engineers enabling us to provide a comprehensive after sales backup service.
