Hello and welcome to Flow For All Yoga Studio, I’m Faith, a registered teacher of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation & Kriya. My mission is to create a calm, safe space for people of all ages and abilities to show up, breathe and move their bodies - as little or as much as needed.   In today’s demanding society, we rarely find time to just be, to sit with ourselves and focus on the moment. I have made it my goal with Flow For All to emphasise the importance of now - there’s so much power to be had in this moment! I want to help you understand your body, and support you in realising the strength you already possess. I can’t wait to meet you and share the magic of this playful and creative practise.
