Situated within beautiful rolling countryside overlooking the city of Sheffield, Grenoside Crematorium is a truly tranquil place to remember the life of a loved one.

The modern crematorium is set within several acres of beautifully maintained gardens with two peaceful, spacious chapels which provide a comforting and unique venue for a funeral service. Grenoside provides a tranquil setting to place a dedicated memorial.

Our dedicated and caring staff treat every family with dignity and respect. At the service we will be there to help you every step of the way.

Our chapels are multi-faith and we can help you arrange the service according to your cultural and religious needs. We aim to provide the highest possible standards of care in all aspects of our service. The North Chapel can seat 150 guests, and the South Chapel seats 60 mourners in a more intimate and personal setting.

The crematorium also has access for the disabled, and a hearing loop so no part of a service is missed.

After a funeral service many families choose to hold a reception – this can be a comforting time to spend together and reflect over shared memories of a loved one.

The Clock House Cafe and Hospitality Suite, situated within our grounds have panoramic views over the beautiful gardens and are a welcoming and inviting setting for a funeral reception.

We are able to cater for up to 100 guests, and can provide a wide selection of freshly made food and a range of hot and cold beverages.

The gardens provide a tranquil and comforting environment for quiet contemplation in which to remember their loved ones.
