Located adjacent to All Saints DLR station in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Poplar Baths leisure centre now boasts a newly refurbished gym with state-of-the-art Technogym cardio and resistance fitness equipment and new layout which continues to offer ladies-only gym sessions. The light and airy fitness studio provides a variety of fitness classes for all, including sessions for our Young@Heart 50+ Club members. The 25m swimming pool is accompanied by a smaller teaching pool for our Better Swim School members of all ages and abilities and the 4-court sports hall is well equipped for activities including badminton, netball, volleyball, gymnastics, street dance and more.
