Sara Dennis spent three years qualifying as Royal School of Needlework Tutor in all embroidery techniques. Alongside teaching she is an expert on the BBC TV show the Repair Shop, a textile holiday guide, an exhibition curator, and an exhibiting artist. Since qualifying she has taught at the Royal School of Neeldework, The Victoria and Albert Museum, The British Library, the Royal Free Hospital in London, Brewery Arts in Kendal, Farfield Mill Sedbergh, RSN courses in the USA, and two online video courses. As well as teaching her hand embroidery skills include restoration and bespoke commissions and occasionally lectures on Embroidery.
