Barney Church - A Church Near You

Welcome to St Mary's Church, Barney, in the heartlands of north Norfolk. The church is open daily to visitors, and you are welcome to any of our services and events. This Grade1 listed medieval building in its tranquil setting between wildflower meadows, features rare and arresting pre-Reformation carved figures in the nave ceiling, and an inviting miniature-scale south transept chapel, where a simple Friday Morning Prayer is said by a small local gathering each Friday.
