Yoga without judgement . We don't care if your yoga outfit is actually your pyjamas, if you have never practised yoga or attended a group class, we don't care if you cant touch your toes or have no desire to do a handstand. We don't use phrases like "If you're not strong enough, or flexible enough" We don't judge you if you struggle to meditate, if you do not like shavasana or feel comfortable closing your eyes. We come together as a community, we sit with you, we cheer for you, we love you. We hold space for you, and guide you through your yoga practise, encouraging kindness towards yourself, in your thoughts. Yoga is about working hard sensitively. It’s about feeling good in your body and mind. Let us help you to find that inner peace. This is your yoga practise, for you. Without judgement. Gem and her wonderful teachers x
