Located on the Isle of Dogs, Tiller Leisure Centre is situated close to Canary Wharf and has recently undergone a refurbishment; you’ll enjoy the centre's fully equipped, air-conditioned gym which offers cardio, strength and functional training zones with 45+ pieces of kit together plus a new rig, battle ropes and Olympic weights. The studio is home to a variety of fitness classes including Zumba, HIIT, Yoga plus virtual fitness classes. The 25m, 5-lane swimming pool offers lane swimming as well as Better Swim School lessons and pool parties.. Toddlers World sessions for 6 months to 5 years take place in the studio and there is also an onsite soft play area.
